  • 5:30 - 6:30pm: Beginner/Intermediate

  • 6:45 - 8pm: Advanced*

Wednesday

  • After-School Karate @Charleston Catholic (3:15 - 4:15pm)

  • 5:30 - 6:30pm: Beginner/Intermediate*

  • 6:45 - 7:45: Competition Team Training*

Thursday

  • 5:30 - 6:30pm: Beginner/Intermediate

  • 6:45 - 8pm: Advanced*

  • After-School Karate @Charles Towne Montessori (3-5yrs: 3 - 3:30pm/ 6yrs+: 3:30 - 4:15pm)

  • 5 - 6pm: Conditioning/Skills & Development (Workout attire - No gis)

*Kumite/Sparring Gear Required
